People Solutions, originally called Organizational Effectiveness, was formed in 2016 with three skilled professionals to develop workforce solutions for the State enterprise.  Today, we are comprised of seven members with diverse backgrounds and experience in both public and private sector organizations.  Employee development is at the heart of everything that we do.
