Quarterly Lunch & Learn sessions are hosted by the People Solutions Team at ADOA in an effort to bring the team together for learning and networking.  After a suggestion was received following the pandemic that co-workers missed getting together to learn and network, the Lunch & Learns sessions were created.  Subject matter experts present a variety of topics each quarter during the lunch hour.  After the learning portion, the networking session is conducted using breakout rooms where small employee groups can collaborate on a group topic, coming back together at the end of the hour to share the highlights from their group discussion.
