The People Solutions Team has won several awards for projects they have designed, developed and implemented:

  • 2022 NASPE Advancing the HR Profession Award - This award recognizes programs and efforts within state government that addresses the changing landscape and serves to advance the HR profession by advancing professional development opportunities, facilitating communication and networking between HR staff at all levels, and promoting a sense of community and value in HR work
• Communities of Practice (COP)
  • 2021 NASPE Advancing the HR Profession Award
• 1:1 Coaching for Continuous Improvement
  • Arizona Society for Human Resources Management (AZSHRM) - 1:1 Coaching was presented as a conference breakout session in 2020
  • Earned the Agency Award for Excellence for 1:1 Coaching presented by the International Public Management Association (IPMA) Western Region in 2019
  • Internationally recognized by the Association for Talent Development, an international organization with over 10,000 members worldwide, with its Excellence in Practice award in 2019
