Required Workplace Posters
Employees
The links below provide electronic access to required workplace posters that are normally seen on bulletin boards in the common areas and break rooms of your workplace. As some employees are working remotely, it is important to ensure the required posters are also available electronically for employees to be able to access and review.
If you have any questions about any of these posters please contact your agency human resources office.
Supervisors & Human Resources Representatives
Various laws require employers to post mandatory employee notices so that all employees have easy access to view the information. Remote employees must also be able to access these notices electronically.
The Human Resources-related posters required for Arizona State Personnel System (SPS) agencies and links to each individual poster are provided below. Required posters are available free of charge from the appropriate governmental entity. Many can be downloaded and printed for posting.
Posters are periodically updated by federal and state agencies. Agencies must ensure that the most up-to-date versions of the posters are posted and provided electronically for remote workers, and that all specific posting requirements are met (for example, some posters require that the poster be printed on a specific size paper). Please check this site periodically for changes in required posters.
Based on agency mission, other function-specific posters may also be required.
