State employees who have Human Resources-related questions/concerns are encouraged to speak to their supervisor, manager, or agency HR contact. In addition, the larger agencies often have an HR liaison/coordinator dedicated to a particular division or facility.
Agency HR Professionals and employees needing assistance with issues such as personnel rule and policy interpretations, general HR questions, and employee relations matters may contact their agency’s Human Resources Satellite Office or, if a non-satellite agency, the ADOA HRD Shared Services Office.
