Regulatory Agenda
Note: The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Human Resources Division (HRD) is not engaging in informal or formal rulemaking activities, except where approved by the Governor’s Office, in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 41-1039.
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1021.02, ADOA HRD has prepared a regulatory agenda for the 2025 calendar year. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1021.02(D), ADOA HRD may undertake rulemaking even if the rulemaking is not included on the annual regulatory agenda. This Agency Regulatory Agenda is for the following Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C) rules:
- A.A.C. Title 2, Chapter 1, Article 8, Travel Reduction Programs
- A.A.C. Title 2, Chapter 5, State Personnel System (Subchapters A and B; all Articles)
