About Policy, Legislative and Audit Services

The Policy, Legislative and Audit Services Section of the Human Resources Division monitors human resources-related federal legislation, closely tracks pending and/or changes to state legislation, assists the ADOA Legislative Liaison, and provides periodic summaries of Human Resources-related legislation that may be of interest to employees and Human Resources professionals.

This section also drafts and revises rules for the State Personnel System, drafts and revises statewide Human Resources policies and procedures, and provides technical expertise to the Arizona Learning and Development Center in the development and revision of training modules.
