Why Measure Results?

Results Matter! No State employee works in a vacuum.  Everything we do helps someone, whether it's a taxpayer, customer, peer, constituent, board or commission, or visitor to the State. Regardless of the beneficiary, our work matters not only to us but to our team and our organization. Keep this in mind when documenting performance results.
