AZ SKILLBRIDGE

The State of Arizona is a proud partner with our nation’s military in supporting SkillBridge, a U.S. Department of Defense program to enable eligible service members to gain valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days in the military. 

Through SkillBridge, or the Career Skills Program as it’s also known, the State of Arizona connects transitioning service members with our 100+ agencies, boards and commissions to find rewarding career opportunities where they may continue to serve Arizona and its communities. 

The State of Arizona collaborates in its SkillBridge efforts with the nonprofit Arizona Coalition for Military Families and its Be Connected program to match service members, veterans and their families to find right-fit career opportunities with Arizona Veteran Supportive Employers.
