State of Arizona Human Resources - COVID-19 Pandemic Response - Workforce Dashboard

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Arizona Department of Administration has developed a statewide workforce dashboard for monitoring adoption, usage, cost, and other indicators in response to the new laws, policies, and programs that impact the State's workforce due to COVID-19.

This Dashboard is available to agency leaders and decision makers. For access to the dashboard email [email protected].

The primary data source for this dashboard is paycode hours recorded via the Employee Time Entry (ETE) system for the last Pay Period unless otherwise noted.

Telework

Tracking statewide adoption to Telework in response to COVID.

Paid Admin Leave

Tracking utilization of emergency administrative leave to support employees in response to COVID. Admin leave is utilized in the event an employee has exhausted all leave time; jobsite has been temporarily closed and the employee cannot perform their duties via telework.

Family First Coronavirus Response Act

Tracking Adoption and Usage of EPSL and EFMLA in response to the FFCRA. Note: Healthcare providers and emergency responders are not eligible for FFCRA. This could significantly limit an agency's ability to participate in these programs.

Incentive Pay for Front Line Workers

Tracking incentive pay for state workers on the front lines. The costs displayed are the added costs (not budgeted) to the employees current pay.

COVID Pandemic Response Effort

Tracking the State's response to COVID through employees' time being repurposed to support COVID mitigation work.
