Talent Acquisition (TA) is the State’s applicant tracking system. It provides automated support for creating personnel requisitions, posting job announcements, reviewing applications, recording interview results, and processing new hires.
Logging in to Talent Acquisition
- Visit the HR website: https://talentmanagement.azdoa.gov/
- Click Login to Talent Acquisition on the left menu
- An INFOR box should pop up and ask for your Login Name and Password
- Enter the same username and password you use to log in to YES
External Job Board
All job announcements that are posted for public viewing can be found at https://azstatejobs.azdoa.gov
Internal Job Board
- Log in to YES https://portal.hris.azdoa.gov/CES/ces_login.jsp
- Click Login to MAP/Job Search
- In the Employee box, click Login
- An Infor login screen will appear. Log in using your YES username and password again.
- Click Opportunities
- Browse postings or use search features to filter your search
