One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One (1:1) Coaching for Continuous Improvement is an award-winning* coaching methodology that employs the Plan-Do-Check-Act model and Lean principles to help managers coach employees to: (1) Increase productivity (2) Align on work goals (3) Enable quick course corrections (4) Develop problem solving skills and (5) Build relationships based upon trust, all in support of the Arizona Management System (AMS). This coaching methodology is designed for ALL agencies, boards and commissions, and is useful for both personal and professional development.
