Applicant Complaint

 

An applicant who has a complaint alleging discrimination or harassment relating to the procedures used in the selection or evaluation process may file an applicant complaint with the agency human resources representative within 90 days of the action giving rise to the complaint.

The agency human resources representative will:

  • Review the complaint; and,
  • Notify the applicant of the final action to be taken.
