Compensation Guidelines

The Compensation Guidelines used by agencies to administer salary and compensation within their workforce continue to be reviewed and revised to ensure our practices are aligned with the implementation of the Arizona Management System. To this end, we strive to provide agencies with the authority and flexibility to use a variety of tools and strategies that previously required ADOA’s review and approval. We will continue to investigate and, where appropriate, introduce new strategies and new processes that will leverage efficiencies in our Human Resources practices.
